I have to do a project for the book "SO Yesterday" by Scott Westerfeild. For one part of the project, i have to make a soundtrack, and i have no idea what song/s to use.

I am 18, soon to be 19, and never quite know what to wear. I have a lot of clothes but rarely wear any of them. I buy things, wear them once, and discard them after. Sometimes I buy things and discard them right when I get home from the store. I’m always very uncertain about my clothes.

I feel like I have a vision of myself, I am my own muse, and I feel like I’m an empty canvas that I have to paint with the most beautiful clothes.

I could wear designer clothes but they’ll age me, as fancy clothes do. Normal young people’s clothes will make me look like everyone else. I don’t quite know what I should wear. Nothing is good enough for me. I feel like I should just go out naked so that people can admire me and so that I don’t have to wonder what style I should be, but obviously that’s illegal.

What should I wear? What are perfect clothes for a beautiful person? If it were up to me, I would always wear one of those Greek God dresses with one shoulder out.

I am graduating this year and we have a type of prom (not the same as in the US though), these parties can be somewhat classy sometimes but are often themed. Our theme has been chosen to be "stranger than fiction"; leaving a very broad perspective for ideas.

I really would like to look nice and somewhat classy as this is the last party I will have with these people, and I am very fond of the ‘classic’ prom, that means wearing a fancy dress (either full length but to knees is fine too)

I would like some ideas of what I could be that include wearing such a dress, I came up with being a disney princess but none of them have a nice dress (I dont fit very well in white or yellow so cinderella and belle are out), also Jasmine is half naked, and otherwise I could only come up with a greek godess but that once again means a white dress!

Any ideas please??!

(I am a tall girl, dark blonde hair, grey eyes; I would like a dress in red, dark blue, green, black, other blue:p – but no yellow, orange, white etc.)

For school I have to wear an athena costume
Athena is the greek goddess of war,wisdom, and weaving.
I have the helmet,breast plate, and shield but I need the toga.

Compared to say Greek culture or Indian Culture or italian culture or mexican, they lack the spark these cultures have. Family values, celebrations, fancy dressing and foods. Its like a anglo wedding is so boring compared to a greeks for example. The unlimited food and booze provided on the tables and traditional music and partying. Its not jost a buffeet with an open bar for an hour..

I am having a courthouse wedding on the 19th of July. Then after we are taking the whole family out for a nice reception dinner at a fancy restaurant. I know it’s the courthouse, but I still wanted to wear at a least a simple white dress to my wedding. What do you think of this one? My hubby to be is Greek and I think the dress is very Grecian-style so it suits the occasion. My body type is hourglass, and my baby bump is barely noticeable now but might grow a bit between now and then.
